That earned a raised brow, and maybe even a slight frown. "You expect me to believe you were just sitting out here, fixing yourself up, knowing you were surrounded by carnivorous plants?" He wasn't going to fall for the snake's tricks. Not a second time, and not while others down below still mocked him behind his back for even allowing the first time to happen. Besides, the plants looked like perfectly normal, everyday types of carnivorous foliage.
....well, sort of. But there was no way they could harm as high ranking a demon as himself. Right?
He didn't even realize that Crowley had at least done his job to put the smallest bit of doubt into his mind. And his grip loosened as he watched the plants; it was very slight, but probably just enough.
