Black wings were spread wide on the air as certain shirtless demon was preening his feathers. The glasses were next to his shirt, carefully folded on the rock near the one he was sitting on. An innocent mind would say that he chose the place because the vegetation blocked him from unwanted oglers, or maybe because the water of the pool on his bare feet was pleasant. At it will be right, but let's mention too that Crowley chose it because of the carnivore plants that grew here and there around the clearing.

He couldn't clean his wings on his hotel room for many good reasons, or at least Crowley thought that they were reasons enough to not do it. One, the wings reached almost from one end of the room to the other and it was pain to take care of them when you had not enough space. Two, he couldn't get rid of the feathers because even if they were not attached to him anymore he couldn't burn them or make them vanish, and the hotel staff will probably ask why looks like he killed a dozen of ravens in his room. And three, Hastur was on the hotels too because there was no way to scape from the dammed resort. Crowley knew because he tried. Much. Now there was no place to go...on the other hand, he could always go down , but even if his superiors never talk about that thing that never happened every demon in hell knew and Crowley had no wishes to explain why that thing that never happened never happened.

The demon pulled the last old sheath off of a new alula feather and allowed it to drift to the water, the next second it was gone.

Skiiiiiiip ~ nice new icons :3

Crowley returned the first smile with a tired one, but he was already passed out by the time Corinthian asked. Even Maddie decided that it was better not to bother him and she just become interested again when she noticed the wings moving.

The demon blinked and looked around the room. When he noticed were he was he groaned and buried his face on the sheets. Crowley was still too tired to even try to move and his back was itching because of the blood matted on his wings.

....this staying up is becoming a habit apparently. fff thanks, I'm still making more <3

If the demon took a moment to listen he'd find the place almost eerily silent. Almost as though no one else was actually there.

The Corinthian was in the other room, though, laying on the couch with his usual tattered old book and trying very hard to keep from dozing off; he appeared to be fighting a losing battle, occasionally nodding off for minutes at a time before snapping right back to alertness. He needed to be awake to ensure no one else came by the room. Even though he was half tempted to write off the demon's fears as simple paranoia, he supposed he had to at least try.

It is indeed. And assdfggg s awww Cori<3 If you need help tell me

Another groan was heard when the black haired man incorporated in the bed. He still felt exhausted, his clothes -the ones he has left anyway-were dirty and hang down from his body. He had slept for more than twelve hours, he could tell looking at the light that come from the window of the bedroom.

The dark red blood stand out against white skin, covered with scratches and cuts still healing. His hair hang over his face and some strands covered the golden eyes, which told a story of use and abuse, hate and violence and a lot of years lived. After some really slow steps he had reached the place where he wanted to go to, the bathroom and calculates if there was enough space for him and his wings on the bathtub. He could at leat get decent before to face Corinthian, now that Hastur was looking for him, the nightmare's place was the only place to hide.

Oddly. the raven-haired smiled at that thought.

See, Cori does care, in his own way! Hee, I will, I will <3

[identity profile] afracturedglass.livejournal.com 2009-06-11 09:56 pm (UTC)(link)
The groan seemed to be just enough to pull him back into a full sense of awareness, eyes snapping open just in time to see the demon disappearing into the bathroom. He couldn't help the slight wince that crossed his face; the other man looked like shit.

But he still looked at least a little better than he had earlier. With a small groan of his own the ex-nightmare stretched and stood, going to the kitchenette to grab an already half empty case of beer to bring back out to the couch. He knew from his own past experiences that Crowley would probably be needing it.

he does, because he's softie in the inside X3

The blood stains and dirt would probably be easy to vanish now that he rested, but sometimes a bath was exactly what one needed. Bless humanity for this little miracles like hot water..all that centuries without it were a pain.

In the end, the wings didn't fit in the bathtub.

Once Crowley was done getting dressed with his clean and new pants he entered the living room, already expecting to face and slightly uncomfortable nightmare because of his shirtless state. He had an sponge on his right hand and was still barefoot.

He smiled sheepishly at Corinthian. He hated this but he needed help. Crowley cover it with a grin and a annoying question. "How much do you love me?"

"I don't," was the short, simple answer. He was once again buried in his book, not even looking up at the demon as he came in. A few moments passed before he finally did, doing a slight double take as a frown crossed his face.

"This whole hanging around my place half-naked thing you've got going on better not become a habit. What do you want now?"

[identity profile] dontfeartreaper.livejournal.com 2009-06-12 12:11 am (UTC)(link)
"Perfect because I can't feel a thing." Crowley peered at him inquisitively, but decided not to ask for a more detailed rationalization on that comment. He rolled his eyes at Corinthian "Stop being such a douchebag about it. Angels are sexless, what are demons? Fallen angels. Take your own conclusions,..."

One of Crowley's wings twitched, if that was possible, and he fidget with the sponge on his hands."As soon as you help me with this as soon I will get dressed." That was a lie because he couldn't hide his wings yet, but Corinthian didn't need to know.

That earned the demon a dark glare, but otherwise he got no other response, the Corinthian only turning away to grab the beer he had been drinking before Crowley had come back.

"You're going to call me a douchebag and then expect me to still help?" His voice was dry, flat, and carried a small scoff in it. He didn't sound offended; maybe a little bemused, though he gave no indication of wanting to help. "Do it yourself."

I used it o purpose >:3

"Yeah, I'm just that contradictorily amazing." Crowley oggled the beer with interest. If he would have been a cat his tail would have been wagging "I will if I could, but I can't reach it." Waving his hand, Crowley made a pair of sunglases appear and put them on. He felt better with them on, and a way much less exposed.

"Obviously," he mutter, more to himself than anyone else. Another swig was taken from the beer, already mostly gone, and after another brief side glance at the demon he finally sighed in exasperation, moving over to make more room on the couch before motioning for the other man to hurry up and sit his ass down.

"This better be quick."

"That depends on how good you are at it Corinthian." He waved his brows suggestively but nothing more. Crowley looked at the couch and for a moment he looked uncomfortable.

"The couch is too small, I left a bucket with water next to your bed." He wasn't really explaining what they had to do though. "Your sheets are already dirty, it will not mind if we ruined them bit more.

[identity profile] afracturedglass.livejournal.com 2009-06-12 08:31 am (UTC)(link)
The Corinthian rose a brow behind his sunglasses, frowning, but otherwise didn't move. "Do I get to know what the hell I'm doing yet?"

I forgot to ay that, in my mind, corinthian is who tops. That have any sense,

[identity profile] dontfeartreaper.livejournal.com 2009-06-12 08:41 am (UTC)(link)
"Help me to clean my feathers, what else?" The demon gave him a clueless look and then walked in the bedroom direction. "I can't clean the ones closer to the shoulder." Those were the most bloodied ones too, thanks to Hastur nearly ripping off his wing.

I don't think Cori would let Crowley take control even if he wanted to XD

[identity profile] afracturedglass.livejournal.com 2009-06-12 09:03 am (UTC)(link)
"You could have said that from the start...." Honestly, as if he was supposed to know what the demon was being so twitchy over.

....actually, why he seemed so uncomfortable over asking for such help was a good question. But he didn't push on it. After finishing off what was left of his bottle he stood, gesturing for the demon to get a move on while he followed after. If they were anything at all like raven wings, this would take no time at all.

He didn't even realize a small grimace crossed his face at the thought.

That must be it XDDD Crolwey >> oi! icon love <3

Crowley gave him a nother wary look at the sudden smile but the shades hide it. "I didn't wanted to ruin the surprise." He also gave a loning look to the forgotten beer, he could have a drink now, but wine was more his type of alcohol.

THere was a bucket of lukewarm water on the bed, Crowley sat on the bed and got the sponge wet before to give it to the other man. He turned back to face the wall, a bored expresion on his face as he stretched his wings to give Corinthian a better acces. It still hurt.

Sorry Crowley, your boy has control issues >_> Heheh, thanks~

[identity profile] afracturedglass.livejournal.com 2009-06-12 08:13 pm (UTC)(link)
Some surprise, he thought idly. But he didn't say anything.

The blood from before had clotted by now, leaving dark red and black caked around the where the wings met his back. With a soft "tsk" he crawled up behind Crowley, grabbed the sponge, and carefully began clean away what he could, trying to be as gentle as he could with the small feathers surrounding the base.

Rlly? I never noticed >( welcome~I will do some for you asap O:

[identity profile] dontfeartreaper.livejournal.com 2009-06-12 10:44 pm (UTC)(link)
I he would have needed to breath, Crowley probably would have gasped at the contact of the sponge. Corinthian was being careful but he needed to fight the impulse of moving his wings away at the memory of other hands touching him. It had to be done, he told himself; he had challenged Hastur and tried to fight back. he really really should know better. The demon frown, frustrated. He wasn’t used to caring about his human body and his petty injuries.

"How bad they look?" Come Crowley's voice while he was still looking at the wall nonchalantly.

I'm sure if he wanted he could like, tie Cori down or something. ffff only if you want to! <333

[identity profile] afracturedglass.livejournal.com 2009-06-12 11:07 pm (UTC)(link)
"Not as bad as last time, at least." With the worst of the blood cleaned off from the skin he moved up, combing through the thick, matted feathers with a hand, unsticking what he could and removing what had been ripped loose in the fight. "You have got to stop getting your ass kicked. Or at least pick your fights more carefully."

And once Cori gets free, he will cut his wings. :| no thanks XD he rather let him top

[identity profile] dontfeartreaper.livejournal.com 2009-06-12 11:37 pm (UTC)(link)
Crowley turned his face to the side when, a golden eye visible even if he was wearing the sunglasses.

"Maybe if he stopped using me as a punching bag... I mean, I understand if he has his reasons but that obsession of him starts to creep me out. Can you believe that he didn't even buy me a drink first? Some guys, just..really. "

He felt Corinthian's hand moving trough his feathers and couldn't help but smile, not a grin, just an smile. it was strange. Their eyes met and for a moment the demon was overwhelmed with the force of it and looked away again.

Crowley is a very smart man~

[identity profile] afracturedglass.livejournal.com 2009-06-12 11:52 pm (UTC)(link)
A tiny smirk tugged at the corner of his mouth despite himself. "I know a few things about obsession. Some people just....get carried away." And the only real way to curb that sort of obsession was to just....

The Corinthian shook his head, shoving the thought into the furthest corner of his mind. A few more feathers were brushed free, falling to the bed in bloodied clumps, and the surrounding ones carefully cleaned off. He tapped at the demon's shoulder almost impatiently. "Pull it in so I can reach the rest."

d-e-m-o-n ...but yeah >>

[identity profile] dontfeartreaper.livejournal.com 2009-06-13 12:16 am (UTC)(link)
Crowley could feel the question literally forming on his lips until he caught himself. Now he knew Corinthian enough to not to push him when it was not the moment, And with Corinthian on his back with his feathers on his hands it was oh-so-not-the- moment. An small voice on the back of his head told him that it was also because he didn't wanted to upset him, and Crowley was surprised because he thought that he killed that voice long time ago.

"Sometimes It's obsession at first sight.” He said in the end and followed his suggestions, moving.

[identity profile] afracturedglass.livejournal.com 2009-06-13 12:41 am (UTC)(link)
A question had been almost expected, and he had to admit he was quite surprised when he didn't get one. And....strangely relieved as well. So, the nosy bastard was actually capable of learning after all. But he said nothing of it as he continued with the wing.

"I'd say there's a way to take the sight back, but at the risk of sounding redundant I won't." And with he was done. He cleaned the sponge off as best as he could, shifted, and began to repeat the process on Crowley's other wing. At this point it was almost automatic; he was no longer really focused on the task, unconsciously going through motions he had gone through so many times before. "....why, though?"

[identity profile] dontfeartreaper.livejournal.com 2009-06-13 01:04 am (UTC)(link)
Crowley produced a bitter laugh and his shoulders trembled as he did so. The wing didn't felt itchy anymore, he couldn't believe how much of a relief it was. Demons were always more picky about their wings than angled, most likely because the wings were practically the only thing they had.

"Do dukes of hell really need reason to make others life miserable?" He sighed. Corinthian was going to ask again, if not this time it will be the next one Hastur catch him and rip him apart.

Long story short I...I killed another demon. Not the way Hastur wants to do with me, not his human body. He couldn't come back to Hell, I destroyed him completely."

[identity profile] afracturedglass.livejournal.com 2009-06-13 01:23 am (UTC)(link)
Bright blue eyes looked sharply at the demon, very clearly startled. He....hadn't been expecting an actual answer. Another snarky comment, or even another passive-aggressive attempt to turn the question back on him.

It felt awkward. Personal. He moved again, suddenly turning all of his attention to the others wing, giving a soft, noncommittal noise in response before falling into silence.

He didn't speak up again until he had finished. "You're good."

[identity profile] dontfeartreaper.livejournal.com 2009-06-13 01:41 am (UTC)(link)
Now that was the problem with questions, you can get answers. How was it....? Be careful what you wish for, lest it come true. Yeah, that was, Crowley thought. He didn't say anything else, and he wasn't sure if Corinthian's silence was a good or a bad thing.

"Thanks."He moved the wings away, closest to his body and remind silent. For the first time, Crowley was grateful to see Maddie when the cat come inside the room and jumped on the bed, meowing for some attention.
