Maddie's hair stood up and she started to hiss and growl at the door seconds before Crowley steeped inside the room. The cat was used to the demon's scent, but the sulfur and blood smell that come with him that time was something she disliked.

Crowley's suit was covered with dark stains, not all of them looked like blood, and his expression was dark. He shooed Maddie away and sat on a chair by the table.

"Not quite the kind you're thinking of," he replied after a moment, throwing the shirt down on the floor and moving to at least get the water warmed up and running before he stripped the rest of the way down. "You can wait, I'll be quick."

He took his glasses off to make a dramatically scowling gesture at Cori, but decided not to follow him. Fine then, if he didn't wanted him he could wait.

And now that Cori wasn't looking, or at least he thought the other man wasn't he let go a tired sigh and rubbed his eyes. Balthazar didn't go down easily, his whole body hurt.

"Hand me a-" It was the sigh that got his attention. He tried to ignore it at first, only briefly glancing back at him to look for a washcloth, but it was hard to miss the tired movement.

"....are you alright?"

If he was startles by the sudden question -and he was- he managed to hide it quite well.

"I will be better after a bath and a drink." Count on him to act nonchalantly about the whole mess. And thinking about it, it was a good thing that Cori refused to bath with him, he has some major injuries that were still bleeding and healing.

It probably would have worked a bit better if the former nightmare hadn't been so used to using that tactic himself. After a moment he only shook his head and grabbed his pants off the floor. "Go. I can wait."

Damn it, Damn it. He needed more time to heal.

And he seemed so eager to get in there not two minutes ago, too. He frowned. "Crowley, if you're tired it'll help. Just go."

"I told you I can wait didn't I?" The reply was a bit too fast and to harsh. he didn't mean it to sound that way be he couldn't help himself.

That reply also got a small flinch from the younger man. He was about to protest again, but managed to keep the comments to himself. He just looked away, stepped into the shower, and closed the curtain without a word.

And Crowley knew that he screwed thing again. He ran a hand trough his messed hair, lump slightly when he caressed by accident a bump.

True to his word, it wasn't long before the water shut off and he was out again, grabbing a towel and wiping himself down, wrapping it around his waist and disappearing to the bedroom without so much as a second glance.

Crowley was torn between his his head against the sink repeatedly, follow Cori or take a bath. He chose the less a painful of the options.

He undressed as fast as he could, his black suit was dirty but the color masqueraded all the blood over him, not all of them was from Balthazar, the half breed didn't exactly had blood in his veins. Crowley's white shirt, on the other hand, was totally red in some places, like his stomach and back. He got inside the bath and turned on the hot water.

The demon was feeling so tired he could just fall sleep right now.

Once he was dressed the Corinthian just flopped down o the bed and pulled a book out of his drawer. After that he more or less tuned out all attention to his immediate surroundings.

He remembered a time when he would have very gladly killed for a select few people. He almost had on more than one occasion. Never would he have expected someone would actually do the same for him, and the knowledge that someone had was....

He almost felt....needed, again.

He stayed in the shower a bit more than the necessary, making sure that the dirt and specially the bruises were gone for good. When stepped out he cleaned Corinthian's clothes and his suit with a movement of his hand. He looked at Cori's shirt as if he was contemplating turning the clothes into a science experiment or to dissect it into little pieces like a frog in science class.

He never went to a science class so he decided to go with the third option he had. When he was done, he noticed Maddie in the door, sniffing at him. He knew what was she doing that and grinned down at her.

The Corinthian only vaguely noticed when the water was shut off, still absorbed in his book and resisting the urge to doze off for a while. It was difficult; he wasn't entirely sure just why he was feeling so tired lately, but it was more than a little irritating. Maybe he really should start eating more. Or at least find better sleeping habits.

Crowley finally stepped inside the the room, a bowl of fruit in his hand and wearing, that was hard to miss, Corinthian's t shirt. He was wearing his owns boxers at least.

Maddie followed him but when Crowley sat on the bed she jumped to one of the chairs and waited.

He didn't even look up when he felt the bed shift, though he did make more of an effort to look less like he was drifting off and more like he was reading. It was only after several moments of silence that he finally glanced over to see what exactly the demon was doing.

And half a moment later he looked again. "....Crowley, get the hell out of my shirt."

"That was fast, I thought that you was tired." Crowley snapped back, smirking suggestively to annoy the other man.

Well, it certainly worked. He scowled a little and sat up. "You know what I meant, smart-ass. Wear your own clothes."

Crowley ignored Cori and approached him, laying near. "I will with a condition."

A condition? His brow furrowed. "And that is....?"

"I will take off a piece of clothes off for anything you eat." he showed him the bowl of fruit. It was a good thing that Crowley decided to wear more than one shirt, he knew Cori too well now.

"....if I didn't know any better I'd think this was a cheap shot at my diet," he muttered, looking over at the bowl. He wasn't even particularly hungry right now....he looked up at Crowley with a raised brow. "What's to stop me from just skipping thr fruit and stripping you anyway?"

Crowley managed to put on a serious face at that first comment. He couldn't stop the lecherous one that come with the second. The yellow eyes demon took a deep breath, he wanted Cori to eat. "The fact I know you like this shirt and I will burn it if you do that...?"

He moved even more closer to softer the tension in the air and held a grape between his fingers. "Say 'ah'."

He opened his mouth again to protest, seemed to think better of it, and shut it just as quickly, fixing a dark look on the demon. Oh, if only looks could kill.

But he gave in, and he took the grape without a word, quickly swallowing it.
